maybe you can get some info or the guys name out of it. If you need a Cummins B engine, I have one sitting in my shed from a Dodge pickup. : ) a waukesha is OK, but not great or "best engine ever" Many 478 hercules powered 20 tractor owners, and 354 perkins powered 1850 tractor owners would disagree with that statement. I think this is the outfit in Wisconsin that is repowering IH tractors with Cummins engines and they might know who to talk to if they can't help. Especially after we put the new window in the side of the crankcase and replaced it with a perkins. We have had a 1955 for about 30 years and I love it. It didn't stay around long enough to ventilate itself. We only ever owned one 1955 and I wasn't real impressed with it. Plenty of them with drafty blocks that their owners would probably disagree with that statement. The waukesha was the best engine they ever put into the Olivers. I have never got the point of replacing the Waukesha with a cummins.
